Pool & Community Guidelines
DO
- Supervise your children at all times when using the pool. Children must not run, dive, or crowd others' personal space.
- Maintain the external appearance of your home and keep Casa Park Villas looking good.
- Clean up after your dog — failure to comply is a finable offense under Seminole County ordinance.
- Keep your dog on a leash at all times.
DON'T
- Bring alcoholic beverages into the pool area — strictly prohibited and monitored via pool cameras.
- Provide pool access to anyone who is not your guest. Pool access is for residents and their guests only.
- Exceed 15 miles per hour when driving within the community — children frequently play in or walk along our streets.
- Own a dog over 29 pounds and/or keep more than one pet.
- Use visitor parking as a resident third vehicle — those spots are reserved and monitored for guests.
Note: electronic pool gate cards track usage and can be deactivated for homeowners behind on association assessments.
